ULFIT

ULFIT is a Classys HIFU device for the body; here is how its sessions affect trip scheduling.

How it works

ULFIT is made by Classys and uses high-intensity focused ultrasound adapted for the body. Focused sound energy is directed into the subcutaneous layer, where it creates thermal points intended to affect fat tissue and tighten overlying skin. Treatment is delivered in lines or grids over an area such as the abdomen or thighs.

Good to know

  • Compared with face HIFU, body work covers larger zones and can take longer.
  • Sensations can include heat and sharp pulses, and soreness may follow.
  • Changes, if any, take weeks to develop.
  • A body treatment is not a replacement for diet, exercise, or surgery.

What a ULFIT session means for your travel days

Tenderness in a treated abdomen or thigh may be uncomfortable when sitting for hours. A flight soon after could feel stiff, so leave several days.

Loose clothing and a restful afternoon after the visit are sensible. Keep the rest of the trip flexible in case soreness lasts longer than expected.

ULFIT: common questions

Is it painful?

Comfort varies. Some feel intense heat or snaps, so ask about options.

Can I exercise afterward?

Light activity may be fine, but ask the doctor.

Do results last?

They depend on weight stability and lifestyle, and the effect is not certain to hold.
